We are now looking for an Application Engineer for our client in Malmö who will play a key role in developing and optimizing our customized solutions. You will be part of an engaged team where collaboration and innovation are in focus.

About the role

As an Application Engineer, your main task is to develop technical specifications, pricing, and solutions tailored to the customer's needs. You will act as a technical expert and support both customers and internal teams to ensure we deliver top-class products.

Your responsibilities include:

Project Management – Drive the development of customized product variants, from inquiry to finished product.

Technical Expertise – Develop technical solutions and create manufacturing documentation.

Customer Contact – Participate in customer meetings, understand their needs, and translate them into innovative solutions.

Training – Conduct technical training and disseminate knowledge internally and externally.

Trade Shows and Events – Represent the company at industry events and strengthen our customer relationships.

Process and Product Development – Contribute to the improvement of work methods and product quality.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

Technical education at the Bachelor's or Master's level, or equivalent work experience.

Several years of experience in technical solutions, product development, or manufacturing processes.

Knowledge of quality systems and understanding of manufacturing documentation.

Good commercial insights and the ability to see business opportunities.

Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
